About deciron.com
A showroom, an estimator and a store in one website
deciron.com is the website of Dec-Iron, The Balcony Company, of Concord, North Carolina. We make architectural wrought iron and aluminum bolt-on balconies, mono-stringer floating stairs, deck railings and structural elements, made to measure and shipped across the United States.
On the website you see the whole product line, enter your measurements and get a real price on the spot, save it as a quote and order with a deposit when you are ready. No waiting for a call back.

How buying on deciron.com works
- Pick a product. The front page is the product line: floating stairs, bolt-on balconies, deck railings, structural elements, stock balconies ready to ship, and the gallery and testimonials.
- Get an instant price. Each product has an instant quoter. Enter your sizes and choices; the price, shop-drawing time and freight are worked out while you watch.
- Save your quote. You receive it by email as a PDF with a link back to it. Your information goes on your quote and invoice only. We do not sell it.
- Order with a deposit. Pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card through a QuickBooks invoice. No card or bank details are typed on the website.
- Follow your order. You approve the shop drawings, then every step of your order is posted, with pictures, on your order page.
BIN CHAT
The round blue button on every page. Drop your question in the bin, with a PDF or photo if you like, and leave your mobile number. A real person from Dec-Iron answers you by text. No robots, no sales calls, and your number is never sold.
BINVIDEO
The red video button next to it. Short videos of the product and of real installations, played right on the page, with words over the video when the sound is off. Close it at any time.
Made for the phone too
Most people first see us on a phone. Every page, every quoter and the checkout work on a small screen, with the same instant prices.
